For a successful application, the score should be above 372. However, having a Provincial Nomination is worth 600 points on its own. A successful application will receive an invite to apply for permanent residence.

Provincial Nominee Program

In this route, you will have to submit an application to a particular province you wish to work and live in. usually, each province has their list of jobs on high demand which could be both skilled and unskilled. If your skill type matches what the province needs for the available jobs, you will be invited to apply for a permanent residence.

Study in Canada

You need to apply to study at a public funded post-secondary institution in Canada. Once you are accepted and you complete your program, you’re eligible to apply for a permanent residence permit.

Home Support Worker Pilot is also for caregivers but for elderly or incapacitated people in their own homes or their employer’s homes. The applicant does not need to live with their employer to apply for this visa.
